How do we book CineLau?

Simply fill out the contact form on our website with your event date and project details. We’ll schedule a consultation call to discuss your vision, confirm availability, and provide a tailored quote free of charge and without obligation.

How far in advance should we book?

Corporate and brand projects typically require 1–2 weeks’ notice, depending on the scope and production needs.

For larger events, we recommend booking at least one month in advance to ensure availability and proper planning.

The earlier you reach out, the higher the chance we can secure your preferred date and make the right preparations.

Question 3

Does CineLau travel for shoots?

Yes. CineLau is available for travel nationally and internationally and has experience with this. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

How does CineLau work?

Accepted Answer

We start with an intake call to understand your wishes, goals, and expectations, and translate them into a clear plan for the day. 
During pre-production, we can create mood boards, story concepts, and shot lists, collaboratively, if you’d like.

On the day itself, we work discreetly and unobtrusively.
All we need is a single point of contact, and we’ll take care of the rest.

After the event, we begin editing as soon as possible. 
Once the first version is ready, you’ll receive it for review. 
Any revisions can then be made according to the package you selected.

Will there be coordination with our photographer?

Absolutely. We will collaborate closely to ensure we both capture beautiful moments without getting in each other’s way.

What’s the turnaround time from shoot to final delivery?

Accepted Answer

Turnaround time depends on the video length and the scale of the event, but it’s typically 1–4 weeks.

Question 7

Does CineLau direct us during filming?

Accepted Answer

We try to direct as little as possible to capture real, candid moments throughout the day to keep the film authentic. But where needed, we guide you during portraits or brand shots to make you feel comfortable and confident.

What are the payment terms?

Payment is usually made in two steps via bank transfer:

An initial deposit to secure your booking
The remaining balance upon delivery of the final video, as stated in the invoice

Question 9

Does CineLau provide raw footage?

Accepted Answer

Raw footage is not included by default, as it doesn’t reflect the finished cinematic quality of CineLau. However, it can be made available upon request.

Additionally, if you’d like extra videos, such as shorts or reels for social media, created from the footage, I can provide these at a special rate. Since travel and filming are already covered, the only remaining cost will be editing time.
